At Somvelle, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when returns and refunds are accepted, how to request them, and how refunds are processed.

30-Day Returns Policy

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Change of Mind

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, if requested.

Wrong Product Received

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • A wrong product refers to a different model, type, size, or colour than ordered.
  • Minor variations due to lighting, screen settings, photography, or manufacturing batches are not considered incorrect items.
  • Somvelle will cover the cost of a replacement shipment or provide a refund once the issue has been verified.
  • Photos may be requested to assist with verification.

Damaged in Transit

  • Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be provided.
  • Once verified, Somvelle will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
  • Customers will not be charged return shipping costs for verified transit damage.

Faulty Item (Manufacturing Defect)

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue may be required.
  • Once verified, Somvelle will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
  • Customers will not be charged return shipping costs for verified manufacturing defects.

Item Not Received

  • Claims must be submitted no earlier than 14 business days after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed.
  • We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
  • If the package is confirmed lost, customers may choose between:
    • A replacement shipment, or
    • A full refund to the original payment method

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, order processing may have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • If an order cannot be cancelled, it may still qualify for return under the Change of Mind policy once delivered.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is eligible.

All returns should be sent using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, or a shipping issue has been resolved, refunds are processed within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless store credit is specifically requested.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Products clearly identified as non-returnable on the product page

For hygiene reasons, used bedding, pillows, mattress toppers, and similar sleep products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, colour, or size, please return your original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
