We currently serve customers throughout the United States.

To provide access to carefully selected products at competitive prices, orders are fulfilled through our trusted international fulfillment partners and shipped directly to our customers.

All orders include tracked shipping and are supported by our US-based customer service team.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the following business day.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier information.

Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within the United States.

There is no minimum purchase requirement.

All prices displayed on our website include standard shipping and handling costs. No additional shipping or handling fees will be added at checkout. Applicable sales taxes, if required, are calculated separately during checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for United States orders are as follows:

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Shipping (transit) time: 5–8 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Estimated delivery time frame from order placement to delivery is approximately 6–11 business days, including processing and transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or seasonal demand periods.

Tracking Information

All orders include full tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours after dispatch to become active in the carrier’s system.

Customers may track their shipment at any time using the “Track Your Order” page available on our website.

Delivery Delays

We work with trusted logistics and shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery. Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

Somvelle is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at:

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, customers may choose between:

  • a replacement shipment, or
  • a full refund to the original payment method
